In QuickBooks Online, you can set up classes and locations to see how the various areas of your business are performing (such as departments, distribution channels, different services and products).

In ApprovalMax, you can use QuickBooks Online classes and locations to split responsibilities between Approvers. To achieve this, assign them to the respective Approvers in the approval matrix.
In the main menu, select your Organisation and open Approval workflows under Workflows and settings:
Select the respective workflow:
Open the approval matrix and define conditional Approvers:
With QuickBooks Online classes and locations you can also split responsibilities between Requesters. To achieve this, assign them to the respective Requesters in the Requesters matrix:
Click on DONE and update the workflow.
