How can I increase the allowance of an add-on package?

When we talk about increasing an add-on, we refer to modifying an add-on package to a higher allowance.

This is how you increase your add-on package

  • Go to the Subscriptions tab in Billing & Subscriptions:


  • On the Subscriptions page, click on the UPGRADE PACKAGE button:


  • Select the preferred number of documents for add-ons:



  • To proceed with the upgrade, click on NEXT:


  • On the following screen you'll see a timeline with current and future payments for the subscriptions/add-ons purchased:


  • When you upgrade an add-on, you'll be billed on the next add-on billing date.

  • To return to the previous page and apply changes to your subscription/add-on, click on the CHANGE button.

  • To confirm your preferences, click on APPLY CHANGES.

Please note:

  • Add-ons are billed monthly, even if your main subscription is billed annually.

  • Downgrading or cancelling an add-on is not possible within the same purchase or upgrade period, but you can make changes in subsequent billing periods.

  • Any overruns will be added to your package price and billed at the start of the next billing cycle.

  • Unused limits don't roll over to the next month.
