When we talk about increasing an add-on, we refer to modifying an add-on package to a higher allowance.
This is how you increase your add-on package
Go to the Subscriptions tab in Billing & Subscriptions:
On the Subscriptions page, click on the UPGRADE PACKAGE button:
Select the preferred number of documents for add-ons:
To proceed with the upgrade, click on NEXT:
On the following screen you'll see a timeline with current and future payments for the subscriptions/add-ons purchased:
When you upgrade an add-on, you'll be billed on the next add-on billing date.
To return to the previous page and apply changes to your subscription/add-on, click on the CHANGE button.
To confirm your preferences, click on APPLY CHANGES.
Please note:
Add-ons are billed monthly, even if your main subscription is billed annually.
Downgrading or cancelling an add-on is not possible within the same purchase or upgrade period, but you can make changes in subsequent billing periods.
Any overruns will be added to your package price and billed at the start of the next billing cycle.
Unused limits don't roll over to the next month.
