Where can the Account Owner find the subscription invoices?

Invoices are also sent to the billing email address specified by the Account Owner in the billing address section.

If you are unable to receive invoices via email, the Account Owner can still access them on the Billing & Subscriptions page, under the Subscriptions tab.

  • Click on SHOW INVOICES:

  • Here you can download separate PDF invoices for your core subscription and any add-ons (like ApprovalMax Pay or Capture), or a Billing Breakdown to export a detailed CSV file of your charges:

Please note: If you are not receiving invoices via email, check your spam or junk folder, verify the billing email address in your account settings, and review your email security filters.
