What is the NFP application process for not-for-profits?

Updated over 2 weeks ago

ApprovalMax offers eligible not-for-profit organisations, such as churches, charities, schools, and sports associations, a 20% discount on product subscriptions.

To qualify for this discount, your ApprovalMax Organisation needs to be added to a dedicated NFP subscription.

  • Application: During your free trial, submit your NFP application for verification.

  • Activation: Once approved, your discount will be applied during the checkout process when purchasing your subscription.

NFP discounts can also be combined with ApprovalMax Partner discounts for eligible Organisations.

Already have a subscription?

If your Organisation’s status has recently changed, you can still apply for the NFP discount. Simply gather your supporting documentation and follow the application steps below.

Please note: The discount will only be applied if ApprovalMax has confirmed your NFP status.

Please note: Not-for-profit organisations are not eligible for a discount on the ApprovalMax Capture add-on.

This is how you request the NFP status

  • Log in to your ApprovalMax account, click on your Avatar and open Billing & Subscriptions:

  • Under the Organisations tab, click on the Three-dot icon next to your Organisation and select "Nominate as Not-for-Profit":

  • Fill in the required information in the pop-up window and submit your application by clicking on APPLY:

  • Once you have submitted your application, a grey heart icon will appear next to the Organisation name. This shows your NFP status is under review:

  • Once your NFP application has been approved, you'll receive an automated email confirmation, and you'll see a greenicon next to your Organisation:

  • If we cannot confirm your NFP status and your application is rejected, you will also be notified via email with further details:

  • All changes can be tracked under the History tab in Billing & Subscriptions:
