ApprovalMax supports 2FA enforcement. Under Organisation settings and connections, you'll find the option for Two-factor Authentication Enforcement:
On the Users page, ApprovalMax displays whether or not a user has enabled 2FA. This allows the Administrator/Account Owner to enforce users to set up 2FA if it is mandatory as per their company rules:
