Why can't I log into ApprovalMax?

There are several possible reasons for issues with logging into ApprovalMax, ranging from technical/browser-related problems to account-specific issues such as invitation acceptance and user permissions:

  • First, check that you're using an up-to-date version of a supported browser

  • If you still can't log in, clear the browser cache and delete the cookies.

  • If the above doesn't help, add ApprovalMax to your browser's whitelist.
    This is how it works for Chrome: open Settings -> Site permissions -> Pop-ups and redirects, then enter the approvalmax.com domain:


Ensure you log in with the email address that received the invitation, and use the specific login method for that account.

  • Verify that the invitation was accepted and the setup process was completed.

  • If you can log in but cannot see your company’s information, check your user role and permissions. Contact the Organisation Administrator to confirm and update your role if necessary.
