ApprovalMax tracks documents that were created and then approved directly in Xero, bypassing the standard approval workflow in ApprovalMax.
Organisation Administrators are notified about such approvals because they could signal fraud if:
The setting Fraud Detection - Bypassing the Approval Workflow is switched on and
The checkbox for "Notify the Organisation Administrators about documents that bypassed the ApprovalMax workflow" is activated
This is valid for all documents in the Awaiting Approval and Draft status in Xero.
