The checkbox for "Notify the Organisation Administrators about documents that bypassed the ApprovalMax workflow" is activated<br>​

- The setting <a href="https://support.approvalmax.com/en/articles/414698-how-to-use-fraud-detection-features-in-approvalmax">Fraud Detection - Bypassing the Approval Workflow</a> is switched on and
- The checkbox for "Notify the Organisation Administrators about documents that bypassed the ApprovalMax workflow" is activated<br>​

This is valid for all documents in the Awaiting Approval and Draft status in Xero.
