Please follow the steps below to test a stand-alone solution:
In the Organisation selection section, click on + Add an Organisation:
In the pop-up window, select "Connect later" and click on NEXT:
Choose whether to add the new stand-alone Organisation to an existing subscription, create a new subscription or start with a free three-day trial, then click on Confirm:
Click on the CREATE button:
In the pop-up window, name the workflow and click on Create:
Configure your own approval workflow by adding Requesters and Approvers, and specifying approval rules and conditions. You can create as many approval steps as needed, and then add the relevant Approvers for each step by typing in their email addresses.
When you finished the setup, activate your approval workflow:
To create a new request, click on the +NEW REQUEST button in the top right-hand corner. Then select your Organisation and workflow, and click on the Create button:
Fill in all necessary data in the request window and submit it for approval:
The request will then proceed through the approval steps as outlined in the workflow.
Once the approval process has been completed, an approval audit report is attached to each request:
