How can I start a trial?

About the ApprovalMax trial

The free 14-day ApprovalMax trial is a fully functional version of the product, only limited by time. When it runs out, you can purchase a subscription and keep all your data from the trial period. For details on starting a paid subscription please refer to How can I start a paid subscription?


NotesNoteIf you already have an ApprovalMax subscription and want to add a new Organisation under the Trial, the Trial period will be limited to 3 days for such Organisations.

How to start a trial

If you are new to ApprovalMax (i.e. you don't have an account with us), please go to https://app.approvalmax.com/register, enter your email address and then follow a simple wizard.

Add a new Organisation as a trial

If you already have an ApprovalMax subscription, you can simply add a new Organisation, which will run for 3 days free of charge.
To add a new Organisation, click on + "Add an Organisation" in the navigation menu:



Then, connect this new Organisation to XeroQuickBooks Online or Oracle NetSuite.
If you need a longer than three days trial period, you can request an extension on the Billing & Subscriptions page:
