            Why is my subscription shown as "Locked"?

            If you started an ApprovalMax subscription before 12 August 2018, you might see some subscriptions marked as "Locked" for an upgrade in self-service mode. This is because of technical reasons related to our new Account Management capabilities, which were released on 12 August 2018.

            Please contact us on sales@approvalmax.com to get your subscription unlocked.
