Setting up approval workflows
How can I set up approval steps?
This is how you set up approval steps:
Open the menu by clicking on
Go to “Approval workflows”
in your Organisation.
Connect to Xero / QuickBooks Online if you want to set up approval workflows for Xero / QuickBooks Online documents.
Select one of the predefined workflows, or design a new one.
Create as many approval steps as you need using the
Click to rename the approval steps to suit your workflow
Add the Approvers for each step by selecting them from the list of users, or add new users by typing in their email address.
If required, define Approvers based on particular conditions.
Activate your approval workflow via the button
