            How can I set up approval steps?

            This is how you set up approval steps:

            • Open the menu by clicking on .
            • Go to “Approval workflows”   in your Organisation.
            • Connect to Xero / QuickBooks Online if you want to set up approval workflows for Xero / QuickBooks Online documents.
            • Select one of the predefined workflows, or design a new one.
            • Create as many approval steps as you need using the  button.
            • Click to rename the approval steps to suit your workflow .
            • Add the Approvers for each step by selecting them from the list of users, or add new users by typing in their email address.


            • If required, define Approvers based on particular conditions.
            • Activate your approval workflow via the button  .
