List with open requests for each Organisation

It's now easy to see which requests are still pending an Approver's decision: there is an "Open requests" list for each Organisation.

Improved synchronisation stability

The synchronisation with Xero was crashing in some rare cases. We fixed this problem and it now works more stable.

Sign-up dialogue improvement

We've added the Organisation's name and some other things to the sign-up dialogue in order to simplify the sign-up experience.

Better handling of Xero validation exceptions

When an error occurrs during the approval/rejection in Xero, users will see a proper error message and not just a general exception text.

Error messages are now coloured in red

This way, it will be absolutely clear that something went wrong.
