Who is the Default Reviewer? (QuickBooks Online)

When a new value – such as Inventory Item, Vendor, Classes/Locations etc. is added in QuickBooks Online, chances are that this is not reflected in the review and coding matrix.

To avoid skipping the Review step, a Default Reviewer can be put in place. Then, if nobody is specified as a Reviewer in the review and coding matrix, the request will be assigned to this Default Reviewer.

To set a Default Reviewer, open the approval workflow. In the Review step, click on the ADD A REVIEWER button underneath Default Reviewer:

Please note: The option Default Reviewer is only available if there are no Reviewers with the rule Always Reviews.
