Who is the Default Reviewer?

Who is the Default Reviewer?

When a new Tracking Option, Inventory Item, Contact, Account Code, etc. is added in Xero, chances are that this is not reflected in the review and coding matrix.
To avoid skipping the Review step, a Default Reviewer can be put in place. Then, if nobody is specified as a Reviewer based on the review and coding matrix, the request will be assigned to this Default Reviewer.

To set a Default Reviewer, open the approval workflow. In the Review step, click on the ADD A REVIEWER button underneath Default Reviewer:

Please note: the option Default Reviewer is only available if there are no Reviewers with the rule Always Reviews.
