How to set notifications about Bill approval

It is possible to configure ApprovalMax in a way that notifications about the most important events regarding Bills are sent to a particular email address.

Unfortunately, it is not possible to configure ApprovalMax so that it notifies the actual person who created a Bill in Xero (since Xero does not share who has raised a particular Bill via the API). In fact, only the one user who was specified in the first step of the "Bill review and approval" workflow will receive notifications.

Notifications about the following events will be sent:
  • Approvals
  • Rejections
  • Comments

In order to select the email address where notifications are to be sent, please open the "Bill review and approval" workflow and select a user in the "Pulling from Xero" step.
