What happens after an approval / rejection?

After their approval in ApprovalMax, Bills are automatically authorised in NetSuite and have the approval status: Approved, Bill status: Open.

If one of the Approvers rejects a request which was initially created in NetSuite and then submitted for approval, the document is moved to NetSuite with the approval status Rejected.
