What can users with an Auditor role do? (NetSuite)
An ApprovalMax Auditor has a
read-only user role. It allows him to better understand the approval workflow
in operation, without the risk of accidentally changing, approving or
rejecting something.
Auditors can:
- Access and
work with reports
- See all company requests and add comments
To assign the Auditor role,
simply navigate to the Users page, add a new person and select Auditor from the drop-down menu:
