What can users with an Auditor role do?
An ApprovalMax Auditor has a read-only user role. It allows him to better understand the approval workflow in operation, without the risk of accidentally changing, approving, or rejecting something.

To assign the Auditor role, simply navigate to the Users page and select "Auditor" from the drop-down menu next to the user.
