Understanding Vendor and Contact audit reports
These audit reports are available as downloadable PDF files and serve compliance and audit-trail purposes.
Please note: Whether your Organisation uses the term Vendor (QuickBooks Online) or Contact (Xero), the functionality is the same.Audit reports for Vendor or Contact workflows provide a detailed snapshot of the workflow setup, including:
Date of the last workflow update
Date of PDF generation
Name of the user who generated the PDF
A list of Requesters and the rules that apply to each one
A list of approval steps, including Approvers and all related rules and conditions

Audit reports for individual Vendor or Contact requests include:
Request details from the corresponding request form (i.e. Vendor or Contact information)
The complete approval log, listing timestamps and participants for each step
Once a Vendor or Contact request is approved, simply click on Open Audit Report in the request view.
You’ll have the option to view the PDF version side by side with the original request details for easy comparison.
