Troubleshooting: Why can I not select a Standard plan while trying to start a paid subscription?

The reason you can't select a Standard/Advanced plan during a purchase (while Premium plan is available) is that your Organisation is not connected to the accounting system (Xero or QuickBooks Online).
So, do open the Organisation page and connect your Organisation to Xero or QuickBooks Online:
