Troubleshooting: Why can I not select a Standard plan while trying to start a paid subscription?
The reason you can't select a Standard/Advanced plan during a purchase (while Premium plan is available) is that your Organisation is not connected to the accounting system (Xero or QuickBooks Online).
To establish a connection between your ApprovalMax Organisation and Xero or QuickBooks Online, follow the steps below:
1. In the menu, select your Organisation from the drop-down list.
2. Navigate to the "Workflow and settings" section.
3. Within the "Workflow and settings" section, click on the "Organisation Settings" tab.
4. Look for the appropriate accounting system (Xero or QuickBooks Online) and locate the "Connect" button next to it.
5. Click on the "Connect" button to initiate the connection process.
