  3. In ApprovalMax, there's no Requester specified in the Pulling from Xero section of the Bill workflow
  4. In ApprovalMax, there's no Requester specified in the Receive from Dext Prepare step
  5. In ApprovalMax, the Dext service has been disconnected
  6. In Dext, the integration with ApprovalMax has been disabled
  7. In Dext, the integration is established with a Xero Organisation, not with ApprovalMax for Xero
