Report scheduler (NetSuite)
Instead of generating reports manually every time you need one, you can schedule the creation and specify who you want to receive such report – everybody will find it in their inbox right on time.
Depending on your needs, scheduled reports can be delivered to anyone in or outside of your ApprovalMax organisation.
This is how it works:
- In the main menu select your Organisation and go to the Reporting section.

- Open a report and click on the clock icon in the upper right part of the report form:

- Add a rule name, the recipients’ email addresses and select the timing for the report to be sent (use predefined parameters or customise your own) and click on SAVE:

- Now, an email with the report attached as a .csv file and containing a link to this report in ApprovalMax will be sent out on the specified date and time.
Please note: Reports are sent based on the company timezone.
Please note: Reports are not sent retrospectively, i.e., if you set a report on 17th December to be sent every 5th day of the month, you will receive the first in January.
