ApprovalMax supports mentioning users in the request comments in mobile and web applications.

Users from the same Organisation can be mentioned in the request by those who have access to this request.

What's Improved
Added option to exclude Bills reserved within another batches from Airwallex Batch Payment and Xero Batch Payment.
Batch Payment Requester can hide the Bills reserved within another batches if they tick the respective checkbox.



When fetching a new request from Dext, a notification is included if a new Supplier/Vendor has been created in Dext.

A warning message is added for requests pulled from Dext if a new Supplier/Vendor has been created there.


Approved Quote can be re-sent to a Customer.
Approved quote can be re-sent to a Customer for decision making.


What's Fixed
Fixed bug when Watchers were not able to add other watchers.
Several minor issues have been fixed, and the overall performance and stability have improved.
