NEW Xero Sales Invoice creation in ApprovalMax is generally available.
ApprovalMax now supports the creation of Sales Invoices directly in ApprovalMax.
Set up an approval workflow, create a Sales Invoice in ApprovalMax and send it automatically to a Customer upon approval.
NEW Xero Quotes creation in ApprovalMax is available under the public beta.
ApprovalMax now supports the creation of Xero Quotes directly in ApprovalMax.
Set up a Quote approval workflow, create a Quote in ApprovalMax and send it automatically to a Customer upon approval. Customers can accept or decline a Quote by going down the link sent with the email.
Quotes accepted by a Customer can be copied to a Sales Invoice directly in ApprovalMax.
If you want to enable this beta feature for your ApprovalMax Organisation, please contact us. The functionality will be available for Xero Organisations under Advanced and Premium plan.

By using the "Copy To" functionality, you can efficiently replicate Quoutes to Quotes or Sales Invoices. This capability streamlines the process of replicating and routing documents for approval.
NEW Support of pulling NetSuite Expense Reports.
NetSuite Expense report functionality facilitates the efficient tracking and management of employee-generated expenses within the NetSuite ERP system. ApprovalMax supports pulling of Expense reports in the “Pending approval” status and run them through the predefined approval workflow.
When all approvals are in place, ApprovalMax pushes the Expense Report back to NetSuite, the status of Expense Report in NetSuite changes to “Approved”.
IMPROVED ApprovalMax supports Public API endpoints for QuickBooks Online POs, Bills and Expenses.
FIXED Several minor issues have been fixed, and the overall performance and stability have improved.
