 FIXED  Fixed issue when the User off-boarding caused inconsistent state of request, which is on approval

 FIXED  Fixed issue when the attached file was displayed by default with exzoom out (to fit the whole length instead of width of document)

 FIXED  Number of minor issues was fixed as well as overall performance and stability were improved
