 NEW  Introduced mechanics to the approval process that applies approval decision to all steps if Approver is selected in several steps against selected Request Workflows can now be exported to PDF .

⚠️ UPDATE: The feature is disabled and available as beta, please contact beta-support@approvalmax.com to enable that setting for your Organisation.

 NEW  Introduced export of the workflow: approval rules and settings are summarised and combined into the PDF document that is generated on the click to the  button.

 NEW  New Email notifications setting in User Profile were introduced.
Users can now manage the schedule of receiving the open requests emails, including the selection of required time and day(s) of week.
