Full comparison of Bill data
Instead of relying just on the modification date when pulling new Bills from Xero, we are now checking field by field to find out if any information has been changed and restart the workflow only if we see changes. This is required to avoid an unnecessary workflow restart when a Bill has been saved without any data changes.
