Reply by email
When a manager receives an email notification (e.g. because his approval is required, or there is a new comment) and replies to it, his message will be automatically added to the comments in ApprovalMax; and the other managers as well as the Requester will be notified about the new comment.
New setup experience for Organisation creation
When a new Organisation is created, two clear action items will be shown:
- "Set up an approval workflow for Xero Bills" (or "Enable the Xero integration" if it is disabled)
- "Set up another approval workflow"
This should make the onboarding process more clear.
Workflow design update
The workflow in a request now looks better. Corresponding changes in the mobile app will follow in about a month's time.
New subscription type
- We've added a Xero-only subscription, which is less than half the price of a Professional plan and allows to work with Xero items only
- It is now possible to have multiple subscriptions, e.g. "ApprovalMax for Xero" for 3 Organisations and a "Professional plan" for 1 Organisation
Other fixes
- Invited users won't see the "New Organisation" button anymore
- Fixed the design of the "Welcome to ApprovalMax" email
