Posting Preferences for Xero Manual Journals
- As draft (default): with this option selected, Manual Journals will be created in Xero as Drafts after their approval in ApprovalMax. This allows for further review and modification, if needed, before the Manual Journals get posted in Xero:
- As posted: if you choose this option, Manual Journals will be automatically created and posted in Xero straightaway upon their approval in ApprovalMax. This eliminates the need for additional steps in Xero and ensures that the Manual Journals are immediately reflected in your financial records:
