Negative line items in Budget Checking

Negative line items in Budget Checking

Negative amounts are properly displayed in the Budget Checking preview and have a positive impact on the budget (e.g. if a line item value is -500, it will actually increase the budget amount by 500 instead of reducing it).

In the example pictured below, the budget amount for Account code = 300 / Tracking Category Region = South is 1,000 GBP. Approved Purchase Orders for 420 GBP reduce the budget, leaving the remaining amount at 580 GBP. Then a Bill with a negative line item for Account code = 300 / Tracking Category Region = South has a positive impact on the budget and increases its amount to 1,000 GBP:
