Yes, with our Workflow Version History feature it is possible to track who has made which changes, and when.
This feature is available for Organisations under the Advanced and Premium plans. You'll find the details below, depending on your accounting system:

- Workflow Version History for NetSuite connected Organisations
- Workflow Version History for Cin7 Core connected Organisations
For Organisations under the Standard plan, as a workaround, you can download the workflow as a PDF. You'll find more details by following these links:
