Is it possible to change the email address of a user?

There is no direct way to change the email address of a user who was invited to ApprovalMax as the email address is tied to the user identity.

However, the Administrator can use one of the following workarounds:

Solution 1:
  1. The Administrator creates and invites the person as a new user with a different email address.
  2. Once this person has accepted the new invitation, the Administrator removes the previous record of this user.
Please note: the user won't see any old requests.

Solution 2: 
  1. The user leaves his old email address in his ApprovalMax profile and sets up a redirection rule to his new email address in the settings of his email service.
Please note: the user will have to use his old email address to log into ApprovalMax.
