How to upload a budget file to ApprovalMax
It is possible
to upload any budget file to ApprovalMax. However, accounts should be taken from
your Xero Organisation.
The account should be in the first column and is mandatory. You must use the account name followed by the account number in brackets, for example, “Interest Income (230)”
The month is in the first row in the MM-YYYY format
Budget numbers
Both positive and negative numbers are imported
0 is treated as no value
Non-numbers are ignored
