How can I set up an approval deadline? (Xero)

During the workflow setup, you can specify a point in time by which a particular approval step should be completed.
To do so, click on the "clock" icon in the approval step.
By default, the approval deadline is not set.

ApprovalMax supports setting an approval deadline either based on request submission, or based on approval - when the approval step is initiated.



Select your preferred option and set a deadline for the approval step.

Save your changes/update/activate the workflow.

All requests will be sorted by their deadline in the Decision Required section.
Reminder messages will be sent to Approvers both 24 hours prior to and on the actual deadline.
