How can I reconnect an Organisation?

Disconnections do occur from time to time, unfortunately. We are closely monitoring this problem and are working on it.
If an ApprovalMax Organisation gets disconnected from Xero, the Administrators are notified and need to reconnect.

This is how you reconnect an Organisation:

In the main menu, find your Organisation. Then go to Organisation Settings and Connections. Click on RECONNECT and authorise access to the accounting system.



Alternatively, go to Approval Workflows under Workflows And Settings. Click on RECONNECT and authorise access to the accounting system.
