How can I increase the allowance of an add-on package?
When we talk about increasing an add-on, we refer to modifying an add-on package to a higher allowance.
This is how you increase your add-on package
- Go to the Subscriptions tab in Billing & Subscriptions:
- On the Subscriptions page, click on the UPGRADE PACKAGE button:
- Select the preferred number of documents for add-ons:
- To proceed with the upgrade, click on NEXT:
- On the following screen you'll see a timeline with current and future payments for the subscriptions/add-ons purchased:
When you upgrade an add-on, you'll be billed on the next add-on billing date.
To return to the previous page and apply changes to your subscription/add-on, click on the CHANGE button.
To confirm your preferences, click on APPLY CHANGES.
Please note:- Add-ons are billed monthly, even if your main subscription is billed annually.
- Downgrading or cancelling an add-on is not possible within the same purchase or upgrade period, but you can make changes in subsequent billing periods.
- Any overruns will be added to your package price and billed at the start of the next billing cycle.
- Unused limits don't roll over to the next month.
