How can I add a comment by replying to the notification email?

Depending on your profile settings, you might receive notifications on new requests/comments - if you have enabled this kind of notifications.
You can reply to such notifications and have the option to approve/reject/comment the respective request.

This is how you can make a comment in a request:

  1. In the notification email, click on the "Reply" button:


  2. Type in your comment and click on "Send":

  3. This comment will be added to the request for which the approval notification was send:
