How to accept an invitation to the Partner Portal

Accept invitations in the avatar menu

Messages about an invitation to the Partner Portal appear in the avatar menu of authorised users who have a profile, and received one or more invitations to a business account.

Click on your Avatar in the top right-hand corner and then on "ACCEPT" if you want to accept the invitation:



If you receive several invitations, you'll be prompted to choose and accept:

Alternatively, you can accept an invitation to the Partner Portal from the respective email:




Please note: users can be added as a manager /member/ user manager to only one business account. 
It is not possible to add a user who is a business account owner to another business account.
