How is the due date calculated? (Dear)
During the workflow setup, you can specify a point in time by which a particular approval step should be finalised.
Such a due date is currently determined this way: when a document is being created, ApprovalMax calculates right away the date and time when a request should be ready to be passed on to the next step based on the date/hour timing in the steps. So, the due date/time for all steps is set right away during document creation, and not once a step becomes active. For example: you set a deadline in the first step of a request, 2 days, and one in the second step, 5 days. This means: in the first approval step, the due date will be shown as in 2 days. The due date for the second step will be calculated as the sum of deadlines for both steps (2 days for the first and 5 days for the second); i.e., the second step will be shown as due in 7 days.
