How can I specify instructions for QuickBooks Online Sales Invoice Requesters?

Organisation Administrators can provide a message that will be shown to Requesters during Sales Invoice creation.

This is how instructions for Sales Invoice Requesters are set up: 

  1. In the main menu, select your Organisation and open Approval Workflows under Workflows And Settings:



  2. Open the Sales Invoice workflow, click on the gear icon  and scroll down.
  3. Type in the message that will be shown to Requesters when they create a new Sales Invoice. 
    If you don't want Requesters to see any instructions, then leave this field blank.



  4. When finished, apply your settings by clicking on SAVE in the upper right-hand corner of the workflow settings screen and update the workflow.
