How can I set up approval steps?
This is how you set up approval steps:
- Click on the main menu icon
(in the upper left-hand corner), select your Organisation and open the Approval Workflows page under Workflows and Settings:
If disconnected, connect to your NetSuite organisation. - Select one of the predefined workflows, or design a new one:
- Create as many approval steps as you need using the
button:
- Click to rename the approval steps to suit your workflow:
- Add the Approvers for each step by selecting them from the list of users, or add new users by typing in their email address:
- If required, define Approvers based on particular conditions.
- Activate your approval workflow via the button
