How can I set up approval steps?

This is how you set up approval steps:
  • Navigate to the main menu in the upper left-hand corner  .
  • Select your Organisation, and open "Approval workflows" page under "Workflows and settings" section:


  • Connect to your Quick Books Online Organisation (if not yet connected):

  • Select one of the predefined workflows.

  • Create as many approval steps as you need using the  button.

  • Click to rename the approval steps to suit your workflow .
  • Add the Approvers for each step by selecting them from the drop-down list of users, or add new users by typing in their email address.
                  
  • To activate your approval workflow, click on the   button.
