How can I set up an approval deadline? (QuickBooks Online)

During the workflow setup, you can specify a point in time by which a particular approval step should be completed.
To do so, click on the "clock" icon in the approval step.

By default, the approval deadline is not set.

ApprovalMax supports setting the approval deadline: based on the request submission or based on the approval.

Choose the preferred option and set approval step deadline:
 

Update the workflow to save your changes.

All requests will be sorted by their deadline in the "My decision required" section.

Reminder messages will be sent to Approvers both 24 hours prior to and on the actual deadline.
