How can I reconnect an Organisation?

Disconnections do occur from time to time, unfortunately. We are closely monitoring this problem, and digging into it.
In case an ApprovalMax Organisation gets disconnected from QuickBooks Online, Administrators are notified and need to reconnect.
In order to reconnect, just open the main menu, select your Organisation and navigate to "Organisation settings and connection" page under "Workflows and settings" section.



Then click on "Connect" and authorise access to the accounting system.


Alternatively, open "Approval workflows" page under "Workflows and settings" section  and click on "Connect to QuickBooks" and authorise access to the accounting system.
