How can I make Purchase Order fields mandatory? (QuickBooks Online)

During the configuration of the Requester matrix you can decide for some fields whether they are to be mandatory, or optional.

This is how you make certain fields mandatory:
  1. In the main menu select your Organisation and open "Approval workflows" page under "Workflows and settings" section:
  2. Open the Purchase Order workflow.
  3. In the Creation step, click on the "matrix" icon :

  4.  Select the fields that you want to be mandatory and click on "DONE":
