How can I hide Categories/Items for QuickBooks Online Bill?

It is possible to hide QuickBooks Online Categories/ Items from the Bill creation form.

This is how it can be done by a company Administrator:

  1. Select a proper Organisation under the main menu and open "Approval workflows" page under "Workflows and settings" section:

  2. Choose the right workflow to setup


  3. Click on the cog icon to open settings of workflow


  4. Choose what options you want to have on PO creation form, click "SAVE" and UPDATE THE WORKFLOW.
