How can I download an approval workflow for my NetSuite Organisation?
ApprovalMax supports the download of approval workflows as a PDF file for audit purposes.
This is how it works:
- In the main menu, select your Organisation and open the "Approval Workflows" page under "Workflows and Settings" section. Select the workflow that you want to download:
- To download the approval workflow as a PDF file, click on the
icon in the upper right-hand corner.
- This will download a PDF file containing all participants and rules.
