How can I disconnect Dext from ApprovalMax?
Disconnecting Dext from ApprovalMax is a two-step process - you’ll need to perform the disconnection in both Dext and ApprovalMax.
It's best to start with Dext. Otherwise, if you cancel the connection in
ApprovalMax first, you may experience failed push attempts in Dext.
For Organisations connected to Xero
- In Dext, go to Manage > Connections > Integrations:
Click first on Change:
Then on the Disable Integration button: - In ApprovalMax, open Organisation settings and
connections under Workflows and settings:
Under Additional services, click on the Three-dot icon icon and select "Disconnect":
For Organisations connected to QuickBooks Online
- In Dext, go to Manage > Connections > Integrations.
Here, click on Manage Connection and select “Disconnect”:
- In ApprovalMax, find your Organisation and go to Organisation settings and connection under Workflows and settings:
Under ADDITIONAL SERVICES, click on the Three-dot icon
and select "Disconnect":
