How can I change the integration in Dext?

If you're having a problem with the connection between ApprovalMax, Dext and Xero - or between ApprovalMax, Dext and QuickBooks Online - the reason could be that you're integrated directly with Dext. If this is the case, you need to change the integration in Dext. 

The procedure is the same whether you're connected to Xero or QuickBooks Online; here, we're showing it for QuickBooks Online.

This is how it works
  1. On the Integrations page in Dext, click on Change:




  2. Select "ApprovalMax for QuickBooks Online":


  3. Log in to your ApprovalMax account, if required, then click on Connect to ApprovalMax:


  4. Select a valid Organisation with an active QuickBooks Online connection and click on ALLOW ACCESS:


  5. Once the connection has been established, all relevant QuickBooks Online information will be synced to your Dext account and you'll be able to select the respective values in the drop-down fields.
