How can I cancel my subscription?

In order to cancel a subscription, please contacsales@approvalmax.com.
Please note: all Organisations under a cancelled subscription will be automatically retired.

If you want to cancel a subscription only for some of your Organisations under that subscription, then you need to retire these Organisations first.
For details on how to retire an Organisation, please refer to How to off-board an Organisation.

Once the Organisations have been retired, please send a downgrade request directly from the Subscriptions tab.
